every time i try to install pivot animator installer it gives me two errors: first one if i open it without admin: impossible to complete the operation the file contains a virus or malicious software, second error instead its given if i open it with admin permissions: impossible to access the device,path or specified file. its likely you dont have the necessary permission (my pc account is admin)
what should i do help me i dont know who to ask

are you installing the program from the official page? there can be complications with it sometimes cause it uses an installer with addon offers and that's often interpreted as malware even though you can just decline the offers and be on your merry way.
i learned from Peter Bone that getting certificates that say "hey this isn't a virus" is really really expensive, and any program without those is automatically flagged, whether or not it's actually a virus.
try running it again as administrator and temporarily turning off your anti-virus protection. as shady as it sounds it might work.
