As for your animations; in about half of your animations you don't have proper foot placement, foot placement is one of the key fundamentals of pivot, so you should focus more on making sure you're placing your sticks feet correctly. You also lack realistic poses, try and think about how you move around in real life, how far you can bend your knee or place your feet before you're about to fall stuff like that.
Your movements are kind of unrealistic. When you animate try and do a movement yourself. For example, if you're animating a walk in your animation, you might walk around in real life for a little bit to get the feeling of the movement rather than doing the movement blindly. Try to bring more natural movements into your animations.
Your animations are also quite short and unfinished. When you begin a project think about how and why you're doing a movement, and then try and think of the next movement and so on. Try to have your animations more planned out.
