It's tough to judge because your only giving us your video memory and not your video card itself. I can't look up the specifications of it.
Although I just checked out the system requirements for BF3 and I'm guessing you could run the game at 60fps if you adjust the video settings. You may have to turn some settings to low in order to see a solid 60 fps, but you could definitely play the game with specifications like that. Unless you have a shitty video card that just has 1GB of memory.
Also if you do end up getting the game, I would turn all of the video settings to high at your normal resolution, but turn AA (Anti-Aliasing) off. And you should be able to run it at a nice frame rate while still having a nice looking game.
